Waterjet Cutting
The waterjet cutting process uses water at a very high pressure to create a tight and powerful stream to cut through a variety of materials with extreme precision. It provides swift and smooth cuts with reduced edge burring and without damaging or deforming soft materials like foam insulation, plastics, and solid rubber.
The three state-of-the-art machines at XTO are suitable for providing intricate and complex cuts using extreme precision up to 50,000 psi. Our machines can handle materials up to 5” thick, and we can accommodate high-volume orders. Whether we are cutting 1 or 10,000 pieces, we prioritize creating effective products through inspection and quality control.
