Designing a rubber gasket begins with knowing which type of rubber best fits your needs. At XTO we have many different product lines of rubber for all your gasketing needs.
Nitrile rubber is available in premium, mid, commercial, and spec grades. Nitrile is great for applications requiring oil and solvent resistance. Nitrile comes in a hardness range of 35 to 90 durometer.
EPDM rubber is available in premium, commercial, and spec grades. EPDM offers great temperature flexibility as well as great resistance to water and steam. These properties make EPDM a great choice for outdoor applications where good weather resistance is needed. EPDM comes in a hardness range of 30 to 90 durometer.
Neoprene rubber is available in premium, mid, commercial, and spec grades. Neoprene has thousands of applications across many environments. Neoprene has a good resistance to cracking and abrasion while also holding up well to acids and alkalis. Neoprene comes in a hardness range of 20 to 95 durometer.
