Water Jet Cutting is a process of machining utilizing water that is pressurized to create a 'beam' of fluid that will cut through almost any material. The water is pressurized at up to 50,000 psi and then forced through a directional nozzle. This process will ensure that the cut is swift and smooth with minimal edge burring and no material deformation.

Waterjet technology is performing old tasks in a new and efficient manner. Complex and intricate designs are now executed with the aid of a waterjet. Many of the projects would have been impossible to create without a waterjet because of the intricacy of the design and the fragile nature of the materials used.

Our waterjet can cut some materials up to 6 inches thick, 62 inches wide, and 113 inches long and will not have heat affected zones allowing for a smooth, perfect cut in temperature sensitive materials.
