Mr. Sill has served as Vice President of Operations at XTO for the past eight years. Previously, he spent seven years at a Medical Device Manufacturer where his duties included Material Procurement and Commodity Management for New Product Development. Prior to this post, he worked five years at a Fortune 100 major manufacturer of HVAC equipment where his responsibilities included Cost Accounting, Purchasing and Materials Management. Born and raised in Central New York, Mr. Sill holds a BA in Economics from the State University at Albany in 1984 and an MBA with a concentration in Operations Management and Marketing from Syracuse University in 1994. He is married with two children and enjoys sports and golf.
