History of the Company
XTO Incorporated was founded in November 1978 by partners William Halliday,
Bryce Hughes, and Donald G. Krieger. Their first location was on Corporate
Circle in East Syracuse with an additional office in Johnson City, New
York.
In 1983, XTO purchased our current facility at 110 Wrentham Drive, Liverpool,
New York which was 10,000 square feet at the time of purchase with additional
land included in the sale. Increased sales every year since our founding
has created the need for several expansions to our existing facilities
including a 9,000 square foot addition to the warehouse / production facility
in 1987 and another 12,000 square feet added to the manufacturing facility
in 1993, which included 5,000 square feet of new office space at that
time.
In June 1998, XTO purchased another separate building located at 4510
Morgan Place (Liverpool) to increase our warehousing space as well as
to accommodate increased production requirements brought about by the
new water jet equipment and two additional automatic travel head die-cutting
machines.
XTO Incorporated is a leading national manufacturer / distributor of die-cut
gaskets, tapes, and adhesives across many diverse market segments. We
currently employ 70 people between our two locations with plans to grow
and expand into the future with our customers.
